Should you in spite of everything have grounds for complaints despite our efforts, you can of course send in the flawed objects for immediate replacement. As our customer you merely have to submit a reconsignment. Should the product you have sent in be temporarily unavailable for a short time, we will naturally inform you. If the products have been removed from our product range we will of course change your order.

Possibly exceptions exist for our international customers. international law as well as individual contractual agreements generally apply.
